Notes: Bursts of tiny bubbles appear as you swirl your glass opens up aromas of honey backed by Meyer lemon meringue. These aromatics are followed by mature caramel flavors and brioche toast balanced by bracing acidity. All these flavors are more rounded and polished by spending that extra time on yeast.
