Lemon Flavored Brandy

This spirit is crafted through a triple distillation process. During the final distillation, we infuse lemon zest into the gin basket, allowing the spirit to capture the vibrant essence of the aromatic zest. For every 400 bottles produced, we utilize around 150 pounds of locally sourced lemons from Highlands Ranch in the Santa Lucia Highlands. After two years of dedicated crafting, we are gradually increasing our production. This versatile spirit can be enjoyed similarly to vodka; simply shake it with ice for a martini, mix it in a vodka tonic, create a refreshing Moscow Mule, or even try it in a mojito!

VSOP: Very Superior Old Pale

• Aged for 4 years in barrels

• Made from 100% Petite Sirah

• 50% American Oak; previously used barrels

• 50% Hungarian Oak; previously used barrels

• The barrels were initially filled with Petite Sirah before being distilled to refill them!

• Aged in the barrels for over 4 years!

This is our first release, with many more exciting offerings on the way! We have been distilling Riesling, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Mourvedre, Albarino, Marsanne, and Roussanne.

Expect notes of cinnamon and cardamom, along with warming spices. It presents a broad and rich mouthfeel, concluding with a long-lasting finish. Savor this spirit in a cocktail, or enjoy it neat after dinner as a digestive. It pairs wonderfully with a touch of dark chocolate!
