Notes: This wine presents a spicy aroma and flavor profile, featuring peachy stone fruit with crisp acidity, balanced by rounded fruit characteristics. This unique profile results from the later, more mature harvest of the grapes. The year 2023 was marked by cold, wet conditions, leading to delayed maturation; thus, sparkling wine was the ideal choice for this vintage, as our typical table wine ripeness was not achievable. The outcome is a delightful and playful representation of our Estate Viognier.
